Denver Metro Housing Market Showing Signs of Life


GREATER METROPOLITAN DENVER HOME MARKET
STATISTICS
FEBRUARY, 2012



The momentum started January 1, 2012 and the release of pent up demand continued through the month of February, 2012.

The most significant numbers are Sales volume is up for both Residential and condos and days on market or down.  Is this another sign that the Real Estate Market is climbing out of the hole?  I hope so.
