Tips for Showing Your Home During the Hot Weather

100 degree+ temperatures have been the norm recently.  Potential buyers may be more reluctant to go house shopping in the heat. How can you still draw the buyers out?
  • Keep it cool.  Don't scrimp on the air conditioning
  • Watch the smell.  Warm weather can bring out  pet oders, especially litter boxes
  • Tend to the lawn.  If water restrictions are in place, make the front lawn a priority for curb appeal
  •  Pay attention to doors and windows.  With More pollen in the air, pollen tends to stick.  Make sure doors and windows sparkle

Thank you for the tips. May I add something? I think, using colors like blue and green will give a refreshing look in the house and also it will make you feel less warm.
